“I started running my sophomore year. I committed to Roanoke because of the outdoor environment, the size, and its closeness to home. I’m very excited to start this new journey but I’m really going to miss my friends that are going away. My major will be elementary education. I’ve had the best coaches I ever could possibly ask for, they have always been so supportive during my good and bad races. They have taught me how to love what I’m doing and trust the process.”
