JROTC personnel changes; mission remains the same
The 2020-2021 school year has brought changes to the JROTC program’s personnel. The December retirement of Sergeant Major Royall brought in Master Sergeant Pannell to serve alongside Colonel King. With King’s retirement at the end of this school year, Pannell is looking to the future for the Tunstall JROTC program.
