Running their way to Regionals

According to Coach David Pavord the highlight of the cross country season would be “qualifying for regionals as a boys a team and having two girls qualify as individuals.”

Three boys received awards for their accomplishments throughout the season. Brian Hill and Luke Vest received the coaches award. As well Zack Grey was awarded the MVP of the boys cross country team.

Kelsey Smith was awarded the most improved award. Ali Hill was one of two girls to qualify for regionals, she was awarded the coaches award. Emily Wallace also one of two girls to qualify for regionals was awarded the MVP award of the girls cross country team.

With only four seniors between the two teams, Tunstall plans to have a successful season next year and the hope to return to regionals next season.
