Alexis “Lexi” Toufas
“Last year, I really decided I had to be an author of a book somewhere. Writing is my ultimate jam, but that’s a scary thing to do. You’re lucky if you’re sold at Food Lion, but writing is the only thing that makes sense to me. The best part of my high school experience was writing a satire about how men treat and understand the female menstrual cycle. I also made up a fake gang and write a newsletter that I send to my cousins every Thursday. It’s called ‘the frescoes.’”
